Over the past two years, organizations large and small focused on improving their business results by focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. Company leaders realized the power of diverse teams when it came to improving innovation, customer retention, opening new market segments and improving revenue and profit. The movement was greeted with great fanfare with some early success across the industry. Coming out of the pandemic, these same leaders faced a very challenging business landscape that required their attention causing some of the initial focus on DE&I to wane slightly. Like any business initiative, it requires focus, championing causes and individuals willing to step up. During this session, channel leaders will share how they are focused on taking their DE&I strategies to the next level, recharging existing plans and thinking through what the future looks like for how DE&I will impact the future of their business.
