Amber Bardon is the founder and CEO of Parasol Alliance, the strategic planning and full-service managed IT partner exclusively serving the senior living field. She founded the company in 2015. Bardon is an experienced IT executive, with almost two decades of experience in the health care industry with specific expertise in senior living and long-term care.

Possessing an in-depth knowledge of senior living processes, Bardon is an expert at implementing efficiencies specific to senior living technology solutions by utilization of a technology assessment and three-year strategic road map. She is credited with growing a multiyear award-winning virtual multistate workforce by 400% in its first years of operation, has received 16 “Best and Brightest” company awards and was ranked a “Top Managed IT Provider” in the world for the last five years by Channel Futures MSP 501.

She also hosts the “Raising Tech” podcast for senior living. She has spoken, or is scheduled to speak, at many senior living and managed IT Services events, such as LeadingAge National Conference, LeadingAge IL, LeadingAge MO, LeadingAge VA, LeadingAge WI, LeadingAge MD, LeadingAge DC, LeadingAge IN, LeadingAge TN, Mennonite Health Assembly, Best & Brightest, VOYCE and Channel Futures MSP Summit/Channel Partners Leadership Summit.

Bardon holds a master’s degree in project management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
