Katherine Caporiccio, partner solution consultant for GoTo, has been with the company for six years. She started as customer relationship manager for Rescue’s top enterprise customers, advocating on their behalf and transforming their relationships into strategic partnerships. As her customers' trusted adviser, she helped optimize their deployment as well as their overall remote support strategy. Following that, Caporiccio transitioned to a product manager role but continued to heavily leverage her customer-obsessed mindset. As part of the remote support product group, she managed several point solutions and also drove several strategic initiatives for GoTo's newly launched platform, GoTo Resolve. Now as a partner solution consultant, Caporiccio is delivering on GoTo's promise of being a more partner-centric organization and enables the company’s valued partner community to effectively position and sell products from GoTo's Remote IT portfolio. Prior to joining GoTo, she held customer-facing positions with SmartBear Software, Energy Points and Adheris, Inc.
