Ashley Cole, Senior Channel Manager, Fusion Connect
Ashley Cole has been part of the telecommunications industry for the last 13 years and has held many positions within the same company (currently Fusion Connect, through 3 acquisitions) since making the industry move. In her time in telecom, Ashley has held positions in Margin Assurance, Enterprise Account Management, Channel Sales Support and currently holds the position of Senior Channel Manager. Ashley has received a number of awards within her time with the Fusion Companies, including being top performer (and President’s Club recipient) all years in an individual contributor roll, 2 distributor awards (Telarus Coin of Excellence and TCG Rockstar Award), an ACW ACT Award, multiple Employee of the Month awards as well as numerous Allstar nominations. Ashley has been a valuable resource in training new employees and being a colleague mentor for the entire channel team. Ashley currently manages a 4-state territory in her role and has made a name for herself, in a short time, in the industry. Ashley has completed multiple certifications that support her role in sales, including social selling courses, security (Fortinet) certifications and Microsoft CSP and Technical Professional certifications. Ashley also currently holds the position of Treasurer on the Alliance of Channel Women Board of Directors. Before her move to telecom, Ashley held multiple senior management positions in the food and beverage industry including Regional Director, General Manager and Senior Kitchen Manager. In her time in the F&B industry she grew a number of employees into supervisor and management roles, many of which went on to being of senior management positions and/or business owners in their current professions. Outside of work, Ashley is a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan (GO DAWGS!), an avid crafter and the oldest sister of 3 girls. She’s notorious for spoiling her 2 little nieces and her parents – and enjoys every second of it. Ashley enjoys mentoring/coaching others both professionally and personally and fully believes that the biggest healer of the soul is music.
