Agenda

Paul Cronin is CEO of Apogee IT Services, an international MSP. He received the MSP 501 Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020 for his leadership, innovative thinking, success and commitment to giving back to the industry. He strives to positively impact the success of others through his board work at CompTIA, NSCA, Channel Partners, AITP, CITF, RISE, 1nService and others. He volunteers with CompTIA's Emerging Tech Community and vendor council engagements. His helps others achieve success through his work with Creating IT Futures, NSCA Foundation, PSA Education and RISE, all focused on educating and enabling diverse people to pursue a career in IT. In 1989 Paul built a formal IT apprenticeship program enabling 41 apprentices to become professional service techs. In 2009 he transformed the program into Atrion Academy, enabling more than 200 diverse entry-level workers to join his IT service organization. Paul has delivered the Leadership Challenge Workshop to hundreds of individuals nationwide.
