With more than 20 years of public relations, crisis and executive communications experience, Kristin Harlan is an award-winning communications professional. She provides strategic communications and public relations advice and counsel to senior executives and has held a variety of roles in companies spanning the technology, health care and management education industries.
Harlan is currently leading PR for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Organization. AWS Partner Organization is a global community of partners, in more than 150 countries, that leverage programs, expertise, and resources to build, market and sell customer offerings in over 100,000 companies.
Before AWS, Kristin managed strategic communications at Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), which included global media relations, dean communications, visual design and branding for the GSB. On the front line of protecting, strengthening and extending the reputation for the GSB, Harlan’s favorite project was launching the school’s first diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiative and report.
Prior to the GSB, Harlan was at HP, where she held a variety of communications roles. In her final role, she managed all channel global public relations including corporate positioning, media relations, executive communication, partner and customer communications, launches and events.
