Kristen Hranicka is the strategic sales director for the midmarket and enterprise team in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for Vonage. She is the contact center specialist on the team and is responsible for helping customers solve complex business problems by improving their communication solutions.
Hranicka has been with Vonage for eight years and has over 12 years of experience in telecommunications, contact center and sales. She has a proven track record of developing and leading top performing individuals and teams and is a five-time President’s Club winner.
Certified in customer-centric selling, Hranicka has participated in numerous other leadership development programs throughout her career. This experience has enabled her to successfully navigate the evolving telecommunications industry and provide a unique level of expertise for companies looking to improve their contact center operations.
Hranicka holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Arizona.
