Darcee has been in technology since 1984 and has spent the past 11 years at Denver based, IQ Wired. IQ Wired is a boutique Master Agency committed to making their clients' lives easier by translating business initiatives into technology solutions that deliver results. As the CEO of IQ Wired, a women-owned and women run business, Darcee has the overall responsibility for the company's strategy, execution and culture. Darcee takes pride in the fact that IQ Wired has received numerous awards and recognitions but is most pleased in being recognized by the Denver Business Journal on three separate occasions as a Best Place to Work Company due to IQ Wired's ability to maintain and nourish a healthy workplace culture. Darcee believes that having a healthy culture where people can make a positive impact in their work is critical to having an extraordinary customer experience. In 2020, Darcee was instrumental in the forming a coalition of Agents consisting of top master agents and direct sellers to address new governmental regulations in rural health care that are impacting the channel. This coalition went on to establish the Technology Channel Sales Professional (TCSP) Association, the first non-profit trade association representing the interests of sales agents in the channel. She resides as the Chairwoman of TCSP currently. In 2021, Darcee was recognized by Channel Partners and Channel Futures as one of the top 10 influencers in the channel for being a thought leader in mapping the direction of the new channel. Darcee participates on partner advisory councils with several Service Providers including Comcast. In her spare time, Darcee enjoys time with her family and friends, pinball and her virtual reality game, Death Unchained.
