Tiffany Ricks is a 2022 Women in Technology Award Winner with more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity. She is the founder and CEO of HacWare, a completely automated cybersecurity learning platform that combats social engineering attacks. As a former ethical hacker, Ricks has seen the challenges of protecting MSPs and SMBs against these attacks first-hand. She started HacWare to help businesses reinforce their staff as the first line of defense against these threats. To do this, she implements simulations created from real phishing campaigns, targeted learning modules to test user knowledge and robust training materials to help create a safer environment for teams.
