Agenda

Hugo Vliegen is Aryaka’s senior vice president of product management. In this role, he drives the development of innovative cloud services where networking and security can be consumed as tightly integrated services, enabling enterprises to transform into digital and highly agile organizations at scale. Over the last 25+ years, Vliegen has defined and launched a broad spectrum of new products, technologies and services globally. He is an energetic evangelist and strategist for creating disruptive business models and products spanning networking, security, cloud and IoT. He is recognized for innovation delivering bottom-line results and is the founder of new product lines generating millions of dollars in sales. Before Aryaka, Vliegen worked in various innovation and technology leadership roles with early-stage startups and established companies such as Cisco, where he served as a senior director. He received a doctorate in engineering from the University of Twente in The Netherlands.
