Lim Ze Hoon, Division General Manager, FatNinjas
Lim Tze Hoon is the Division General Manager of FatNinjas, an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) under SRKK Group. She has been with SRKK for more than 20 years, having started her career with the group well before FatNinjas was established in 2023 as Malaysia’s first IT managed services franchise brand. Tze Hoon has been involved in the development of FatNinjas since its early days, helping to build the business and its approach to managed services. Her work covers sales, business development, customer relationships, partnerships, and the day-to-day realities of growing an MSP. Over the years, she has seen industry change and has been part of the shift from traditional IT services towards managed and recurring services. Today, she leads the FatNinjas division and continues to focus on growing the business, developing its MSP model, and supporting its expansion through franchising. With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Tze Hoon brings a practical perspective on building an MSP, managing growth and customer relationships, and navigating the realities of running a technology services business.
