Andy Johnston, Managing Director, Houlihan Lokey
Mr. Johnston is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within thefirm’s Business Services Group. Previously, Mr. Johnston was a Partner and Co-Founder of 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Throughout his career, he hasadvised on more than 50 business services and digital transformation transactions, including deals with Deloitte, Accenture, Valtech, Argano, Xerox, and multiple private equity funds. Mr. Johnston holds a B.S. in Engineering from Duke University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society North Carolina.
