With more than 28 years of experience in technology, Rich McKinnon has carved out a specialized niche in developing companies and scaling high-performing teams on a global scale. He has led and strategized comprehensive information technology initiatives, including program management, capacity planning, application development, change management, and systems delivery. McKinnon has spearheaded complex engagements in supply chain and procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, supplier management and development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Since 2001, he has secured over 150 major contracts, creating more than 4,800 consulting roles across all 50 U.S. states, as well as Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. A dedicated advocate for veteran support, McKinnon has facilitated job placements for more than 2,500 military veterans, helping them transition into civilian careers through targeted training and strategic guidance. His accomplishments include DVBE Veteran Business of the Year State of California 2024,16 awards received as a CA DVBE and Veteran Owned Business, first company to receive the Military Order of Purple Heart Medallion Coin for service to veterans and their families, and he was named one of top 25 CEO Leaders by Silicon Review Magazine in 2023.
