Jennifer Roy is the CEO of Nucleus Networks, a leading Canadian Managed IT Services provider, and an award winning technology executive known for building high performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and creating organizations where people and performance thrive together.
With more than a decade of experience in the managed services industry, Jennifer brings deep expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational growth. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, empathy, and the belief that strong cultures create strong businesses.
Jennifer has been recognized as CRN’s 2025 Women of the Channel CEO of the Year, named to CRN’s Power 100 and Solution Provider Power 80, and received the 2025 Pax8 Woman in Tech Award. She is also an active industry leader, advisor, mentor, and advocate for developing the next generation of technology leaders.
Known for her candid, practical, and people first approach to leadership, Jennifer brings real world experience to conversations about scaling businesses, building exceptional teams, navigating change, and leading with intention.
She actively contributes to the industry through advisory roles with strategic partners including ScalePad, D&H Canada, CanITCon, The Channel Company, and Synthreo. Jennifer also serves as part of GTIA’s Global Women in Technology core committee, and previously served on the GTIA’s North American Executive Committee helping lead the MSP interest group until her appointment to the GTIA Board of Directors in 2026. In the spirit of giving back, she also mentors emerging leaders through GTIA’s mentorship program.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys travel, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
