Sam J. Ruggeri, founder of Advanced Vision Technology Group, is a serial entrepreneur and a leading figure in the cybersecurity channel. He has spent his career building managed service provider organizations and serving the security needs of customers. Ruggeri, whose roots go deep in the technology channel, has delivered solutions for a wide range of small, medium and enterprise customers. He most recently served as executive vice president of global sales and strategic alliances at Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corp., a managed compliance and cybersecurity provider. Ruggeri has played a pivotal role in helping advance the channel by developing peer-based groups on behalf of distributors and leading technology suppliers. He is skilled in the enterprise, midmarket and SMB markets with a strong knowledge of security, infrastructure, strategic partnerships and professional services. A recognized industry veteran and business development professional, Ruggeri is focused on giving back through high-level board and executive speaking engagements for organizations such as TD Synnex, ConnectWise, Informa Tech Channels and HP among others. Ruggeri earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and business management from SUNY Old Westbury College.
