Rich Freeman, Chief Analyst, Channel Mastered

Rich Freeman is Channel Mastered's chief analyst. One of the tech industry's most experienced, respected authorities on the SMB channel, Freeman is also executive editor of Channelholic, an online publication that delivers an insider's take on managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and tech M&A. In 2024, Channelholic won ConnectWise's first-ever IT Nation Torch Award for Media Excellence. Freeman is also founding editor and former executive editor of The ChannelPro Network, a leading source of news and insights for IT providers who serve small and midsize businesses.
