Chance Weaver, Vice President of AI Adoption, Pax8
Chance Weaver is the Vice President of AI Adoption at Pax8, where he leads AI adoption within the MSP community. With extensive experience, Chance enables partners and customers to implement, utilize, and monetize AI technologies, driving business growth and enhancing AI capabilities. Before joining Pax8, Chance led the Microsoft practice at New Charter Technologies and founded IT Responsive, a Microsoft-focused MSP in Southern California. Under his leadership, IT Responsive joined New Charter Technologies in 2021, where Chance focused on AI go-to-market strategies. Chance founded his first technology company in 1997 and IT Responsive in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from The University of Maryland and served in the United States Navy from 1991 to 1996 as an Electronic Warfare Technician. In 2023, Chance received the Channel Futures Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his significant contributions to the industry. Chance is known for his deep understanding of technology providers' needs at each stage of their journey. His goal is to make a significant impact on the channel by helping MSP partners and their customers benefit from AI technology.
